To release what weighs them down, what they feel they need to carry and reclaim their peace, lightness, and the freedom to be themselves.
But letting go of control can be very scary, panic often assists such exercises.
When you notice that taking care of yourself is narrowed down to your looks, or what you wear. You don’t even know what you feel, or why you are so agitated, angry or sad. When your sleep is disturbed, feels like you are constantly catching up with outstanding tasks, never to feel at ease; does it resonate?
It doesn’t have to be that way. Using body, mind, energetic practices and connecting to subconscious mind, I help you find your way back to your essence, joy, appetite for life.

Offerings in a nutshell:
Start your mornings with intention and transformative embodiment. “She Awakens” is an online program, running 3 weeks a month, blending Yoga, Pilates, somatics and mindfulness to help you create a conscious, balanced, and joyful days. Join me three mornings a week (6:35–7:15 AM) 3 weeks a month, and harvest the benefits of your morning priming.
Experience a transformative hour of guided movement combining Pilates, somatics, Yoga, meditative movement, and breathwork. Soften, strengthen, and flow together as you reconnect with yourself on every level—aligning your body, clearing your mind, and empowering your spirit.
She Rises is an integrated body therapy program designed for women ready to reclaim their power and live fully. Through guided sessions that blend somatic awareness with emotional healing, you’ll develop a deeper connection to your body, heart, and soul—transforming how you experience yourself and your life.
