About Me

I was born and raised at the roots of Białowieża, Europe’s ancient forest in eastern Poland, a region of whisperers, where women have been healers for generations. Surrounded by women who heal with words, herbs, and incantations, I learned early that true power comes from living connected to nature, the elements, and the divine forces within and around us. These women modeled a way of being that honors wholeness, and they planted the seeds of everything I would become. My journey led me to study architecture, driven by a passion to create spaces that empower places of beauty, comfort, and safety that hold and inspire those within them.

Twenty years ago, Ireland called me home to myself. This land reconnected me to my roots and deepened my spiritual practice. Here, I immersed myself in the wisdom of earth and sea, kept developing extensive body practices, Yoga, Pilates, somatic movement, dance, and functional fitness and studied psychology, neuroscience, subconscious programming, and trauma release.

My work evolved into supporting women and babies, honoring those sacred first moments and the profound influence a mother has on her child’s life. I recognise that becoming a mother is a complete transformation, a rebirth for the woman herself.

Through years of research and study in psychology and philosophy, and through deep work with the body, I’ve come to understand this:

Our bodies hold the map to our freedom. Every restriction in the mind shows up as rigidity, disconnection, or tension in the body.

My life’s purpose is to live fully empowered, embracing every aspect of myself without hiding, limiting, or restricting, and then to show others that this is possible.

When we love our wholeness and accept all of ourselves, we unlock unlimited potential.

Every experience, even from the darkest places, becomes a source of power.

This is the work: not shaping ourselves to fit an ideology, but embracing our fullness and drawing strength from every shadow, every light, every part of who we truly are.
